WAAD-Beck Systems LTD; CIRcUIT DESCRIP |ION M481B CUE OSC ILLATOR RE-ENTRY MODULE The M4818 module prov ides the following functions for the T1202A transportable mixing console: Cue Amplifier with CUE /SOLO select function Reference slating oscillator selectable to MI and M2 _ Oscillator also has direct output. Re-entry selector and level control of Master (M2) output back to Master (MI) summ ing bus Aux Masler" level control Cue_Amplifiec The Cue Amplifier inputs are derived from an external cue input appearing at pins 11 M of the tiodule connector and from the CUE MASTER output, appearing at pins 12 & N. The CUE/SOLO ASSI GN switch Sw2 routes thie signal from the CUE MASTER output Lo either [he cue amplifier input Or , if depressed, it provides SOLO feed to the monitor module MLBZB via SOLO Jevel control R3/R4 and appears at pins 13 8 0f the module connector. The control contac provided on switch SW2 is wired t0 the M482B monitor module and used to activate solid stale swilch in the monitor module. u3 with iLs associated components is the preamplificr section of the cue amplifier. Its output feeds the CUE Ievel control RII 44 is an integral dual walt amplifier of which only one section is used 4s the cuF amplifier power stage. The second section of U4 (pins 8 , and 13) is biased into an Inactivc state. The output of: the watt cue amplifier appears at pin 16 of the module connector Normally it is routed through the contacts Of relay KI which appears at pins and of the module connector Control of relay Ki is achieved by grounding pin of the module connector Reference Oscilator u1 with the associated components form phase shift type oscillator which operates on the principle of positive Teedback around low-pass filter_ The frequency is determined by R7 , R3O and R33 along with C7 and c8 . Adjustment of R7 controls the frequency ot this 12 dB per octovc low-pass filter. 2-1
