The RM401 is designed to mount in s tandard ElA 19 inch rack 312 inches of vertical rack space is required. Wherever possible, provide one rack unit Of space above and below the unit to permit adequate ventilation_ Separate audio and AC wires to eliminate hum pick up . The RM401 is supplied with an 8 ft_ wire Ac cord for use with properly grounded 117 volt AC receptacle The audio input and output are connected via Amphenol 91-856 ana 91-855 receptacles respectively The mating plugs required are: Input, Amphenol 91-853 and Output, Amphenol 91-854 _ XLR equivalents may be used_ Shielded two conductor wire should be used for che audio connections The shields for both input and output cables are connected to pin of Pl and J2 _ SIMPLIFIED SYS TEM
